Be careful, Arnold. You might just find yourself typecast -- or perhaps that's "byte-cast".

After starring as a metalhead in The Terminator, Terminator 2 and the currently in pre-production T3, Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to play a robot again in a remake of 1973's Westworld.

Schwarzenegger will take on the role portrayed by Yul Brynner in the original as a robot designed to be killed in an Old West fantasy camp. And as bad robots usually do, this particular cyborg starts turning on patrons and hunts them down. The cult classic was written and directed by Michael Crichton. Crichton went on to write a few small novels turned movies that made a few dollars (insert sarcasm here). Jurassic Park, Twister and Disclosure being among them.

The new Westworld is being rushed into production by Warner Bros. and may start shooting at the end of the year.
