A writer takes a job teaching prison course in creative writing with the hopes of finding a new story for his upcoming novel. What he finds instead is an ex-Black Panther who has been wrongfully incarcerated for over 20 years.
The writer helps the convict in his efforts to right the injustice that he has been living the last couple of decades.
