Goring (Everett) is a devoted womanizer and tire-less party-goer. Sir Robert (Northam) is a respected politician with a beautiful wife (Blanchett) and adoring sister (Driver). When Mrs. Chevely (Moore) threatens to reveal dark secret from Robert's past, Goring is the only friend scheming and dishonest enough to come to Robert's aid.
