The Christmas Wife

John Tanner, recently widowed, faces his first Christmas alone. Noticing a newspaper advertisement for 'social introductions', John goes to an agency in search of someone with whom to share Christmas. He meets Iris who, though shy and reserved, is happy to join him on one condition: No questions. Their initial awkwardness is soon relieved by the rituals of the season: trimming the tree, giving gifts, cozy chats by the fireside; and a warm friendship begins to develop. But there's a secret side to The Christmas Wife that, when revealed, will change both their lives forever.
