Senegalese hip-hop star and activist SISTER FA tours throughout West Africa, using her fame to spark a dialogue around the taboo subject of female genital mutilation. American fashion designer ANNA TAYLOR was a college student when she founded Judith & James, which trains and employs impoverished Kenyan women to produce high fashion clothing. At 22, Taylor debuted her collection at New York Fashion Week.
