Fortunately for all, Steve's outlaw alter-ego The Durango Kid is trusted by Running Wolf, and his quick action helps end the killing. Smiley Burnette is on hand as a traveling shoe repairman, who gets himself in plenty of trouble. Young Tommy Ivo plays the Colonel's son - whose defiant streak puts him in the path of trouble and also allows him to come to the aid of the soldiers!
