Hostage

Carol Burnett, one of America's all-time entertainment greats, is teamed with her real-life daughter in HOSTAGE - a tense mystery-melodrama. Bonnie Lee (Carrie Hamilton) is a young girl who is falsely imprisoned for attempted murder only to escape after receiving death threats from her deranged father (Leon Russom). Martha (Carol Burnett) is a lonely widow who is caught in the cross hairs and taken hostage by Bonnie in order to draw attention to her plight. The two soon find themselves sharing a strange bond on the run from the police as they track down Bonnie's biological mother - the only one who can prove her innocence.
