Hunter (XB)

Based on White Wolf's pen and paper RPG by the same name, this title is a mixture of RPG and survival horror (i.e. Resident Evil). Featuring 4-player on the same screen cooperative play, in this game you must defeat an army of convicted prisoners that were turned into hideous mutants by experiments made by a group of wicked vampires. These superzombies have broken out of their confinements and are destroying a nearby town of villagers and devouring all in their path. You are hunter, a unique brand of warrior that is equipped with a special magic known as "edges" which gives you increased strength and other special abilities. As a hunter, you also have the ability of being able to see these monsters when they try to walk among normal people (like in the 80's Roddy Piper classic 'They Live'). Among other unique features, this game has an excellent replay value in that every time you play the game with a different character, it will be a new experience. The RPG element here is in the popular features of that you have plenty of attacks and moves to choose from, and your characters' stats, magic, and abilities improve as the game goes on definetly gives you deep game play along with some unique characters with A LOT of detail. This will be a Big hit to kick off the summer!
