- How to enter. You can enter the contest via the Internet or U.S. mail. Contestants may enter the contest via the Internet at http://www.myvideostore.com/content/promotions/summer03/index.html by entering their email addresses only. Contestants may also enter via U.S. mail by sending their name, phone and complete address, including zip code on a plain 3" x 5" postcard with first-class postage affixed, to: MyVideoStore Box #813, 2 Ingram Blvd, La Vergne, TN 37089. Limit one entry per email address or household, regardless of method of entry. Consistent with MyVideoStore's privacy policy, names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses will be used only to contact winners. The contest shall run from 12:01am CT July 1, 2003 to 11:59pm CT August 18, 2003. All entries become the property of MyVideoStore.com ("Sponsor") and acknowledgment is not guaranteed.
- Eligibility. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry. Employees of Buena Vista Entertainment, MyVideoStore.com and Ingram Entertainment Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible. By entering, contestants agree to release and hold harmless Buena Vista Home Entertainment, MyVideoStore.com and Ingram Entertainment Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising from or related to the contestant's participation in the contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
- Prizes/Approx. Retail Values and odds. Twenty (20) Grand Prizes: a Die Another Day prize package. Each Die Another Day prize package includes a 007 sports bag, a 007 clock/compass, a 007 hat and decorative Luma Ice Cubes. The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $100.00. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2000.00. Prizes shall be awarded within 60 days following the conclusion of the contest. No substitution of prizes will be allowed. Prize package contents are subject to change without notice based on availability. Prizes are not transferable. Any and all applicable taxes are the responsibility of winner. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person.
- Winner selection. Winners will be randomly selected by MyVideoStore on or about July 30, 2003 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email and/or mail on or about August 1, 2003. If selected winner does not acknowledge this notification within seven (7) business days or three (3) email attempts, selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen randomly. Any non-compliance or violation of these rules will result in the disqualification of said winner and the selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. No responsibility is assumed Buena Vista Home Entertainment, MyVideoStore.com and Ingram Entertainment Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees for errors resulting from, but not limited to, United States Postal Service delays, online failure, and contestant input errors. By entering in this contest, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions Buena Vista Home Entertainment, MyVideoStore.com and Ingram Entertainment Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliated companies shall be final in all respects.
- Prize winners list. For a list of winners online, you may visit http://www.myvideostore.com/content/promotions/winners.html after September 15, 2003. For a list of winners via mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MyVideoStore Winners Box #813, 2 Ingram Blvd, La Vergne, TN 37089 by September 30, 2003.
